About the RoleWorking 5 days per week, flexible hours.Free onsite parking at the Belmont officeWork within a diverse, supportive and friendly teamReporting to the Business Development Manager ResponsibilitiesOwn the tendering process for all domestic business in line with RUC’s Tendering procedures and authority levelAssist in the development of budgets and forecasts for the business sector, participate in planning sessions for budgets and forecasts and prepare presentations for the Managing Director to support the budgets, forecasts, and business plansEnsure that operational data is collected, collated, and checked to provide up to date, accurate information for use in estimates, project reviews and assessment against bid allowables. To this end become a champion of RUCPro and be involved in its implementation and ongoing system improvementsIdentify, investigate, and implement projects/programmes that improve the way we undertake our works including automation, application of information technology, data capture and technologically advanced solutions for exampleEnsure compliance with Company mandated processes and procedures related to the financial. commercial, procurement, payroll, and accounting functions of the businessLiaise with other groups within RUC Mining, actively participate in Company organized meetings, events and support the overall RUC Mining promotion and delivery across all sectors Skills and ExperienceHold a degree in Mining or Civil EngineeringComputer literacy at an intermediate levelGood understanding of Mining legislation and Workplace Health and SafetyHave a thorough understanding of Safety and Training Management Systems and the implementation thereof.Strong interpersonal skills to build solid long-term relationshipsStrong written skills AUDPerth6000
