Site Administrator

About the role:Initially commencing on a Mon-Fri (40 hr week) position in our Belmont office this role will transition to a 14 on/14 off (12 hr shift) roster FIFO to NSW in early 2023.Reporting to Project Manager role will initially support the project ramp-up with raising requisitions, processing accounts, cost control, document control and establishing mobilisation processes.Once mobilised to site you will liaise with various departments and subcontractors to gather information for daily and weekly reporting, manage site crew roster, travel and accommodation bookings, coordinating fortnightly payroll and attend daily meetings with site personnel and actioning departments requirements. We're interested in hearing from people who:Have the ability to priortise tasks, ask questions and find the right solutionsDemonstrate recent site/project administration experience in a FIFO capacityCan demonstrate an ability to work in a busy, result driven environmentHave a strong background in mobilisation – experience with INX highly desirableHave experience with Pronto or similar purchasing systems Why join the team?You'll thrive.
